Terms of Service

By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using the iParty mobile application, web services, or associated platforms (collectively, "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform. These terms apply uniformly to all registered account tiers, including Party Goers and Venues / Promoters.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 years old in jurisdictions where the legal drinking and nightlife venue entry age is 21) to create an account, browse listings, or interact with venue events.

Party Goers: Individuals accessing the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes to explore nightlife venues, view live stories, earn check-in loyalty points, message connections, and redeem venue promotions.

Venues & Promoters: Commercial entities, venue owners, event organizers, and DJs listing physical hospitality establishments, broadcasting real-time story updates, configuring cover charges, and managing customer point redemptions.

Geolocation Services: The Platform utilizes precise GPS coordinates to show nearby nightlife venues within your selected radius and to validate physical presence during venue check-ins. Location access may be modified or revoked at any time within your mobile device settings, though certain check-in and proximity-based functions may be restricted.

Loyalty Points & Redemptions: Points earned via check-ins and promotional offers (such as complimentary drinks or admission discounts) hold no cash equivalent, are strictly non-transferable, and may be redeemed only at participating venues. Redemptions remain subject to venue discretion, product availability, age verification, and door admission policies.

Community Conduct & Messaging: Users must maintain respectful conduct across all communication channels. The transmission of unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or spam content across direct messaging or profile interactions is strictly prohibited.

Subscription Plans & Billing: Access to venue management dashboards, multiple venue listings, live visitor counters, and promotional story uploads requires an active paid subscription tier (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium, Platinum, DJ/Promoter). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle until cancelled. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where mandated by local law.

Content Accuracy & Intellectual Property: Venues and promoters warrant that all uploaded media — including event flyers, logos, DJ line-ups, pricing, and video clips — are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Promotional Fulfillment: Participating venues bear full responsibility for honoring valid point redemptions processed and confirmed via the in-app QR code verification tool.

Third-Party Venue Disclaimer: iParty functions solely as an informational discovery and social connection platform. We do not own, operate, staff, or control any listed venue, event, or promotion. iParty disclaims all liability for physical injuries, property loss or damage, refused venue entry, overcharging, customer altercations, alcohol service disputes, or any incidents occurring on venue premises.

"As Is" Service Provision: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service uptime, network availability, or continuous GPS accuracy.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data, GPS location history, or private communications with outside third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Party Goer or Venue account found in violation of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent check-in activities, or publishing unauthorized content. iParty reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following published revisions constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
